All baked goods are freshly made by Eileen Gale who has a lifetime of experience putting delicious foods on the family table. Eileen first learned her kitchen skills from her farmwife mother who learned from her mother, who learned from her mother, etc. With this foundation Eileen pursued a degree in home economics with a minor in food science and has been baking for family and friends since 1982.
