Overview:

  • Use of Production Facility + Tasting Room + Patio

  • Up to 100 guests seated

  • Outside catering required. No food service onsite.

  • Booking: 50% due upon booking to reserve your date (non-refundable).

Details:

  • Access to the Production Facility at 10am the day of your event for setup

  • Access to the Tasting Room 1 hour after closing to the public unless otherwise arranged.

  • Vineyard access for photos prior to event

  • Tables and chairs

  • Table linens available for rent - $5/table

  • Wine bar setup + Wine server(s)

  • All wine and beer must be purchased from Anchored Roots.

    • $10 off per case | mix and match wines as you like!

    • No hard alcohol is permitted on the premises.

    • No carry-ins.

  • Souvenir wine glass for each guest

  • Outside catering required. No food service onsite.

  • Events must conclude by 11:00PM

    • 30 minutes included in rental for cleanup/loading.

    • What you bring in, you must load out.

    • Events that exceed the allotted time will be billed by the hour.

Thoughtful Notes:

  • Please check the local events calendars prior to booking to ensure lodging accommodations available for your guests.

  • Our parking lot is suited for 26 cars. Please make arrangements for guest transportation.

  • Outside catering required.

    • Caterers may use our prep kitchen to serve out of but all food must be brought in ready to serve or in hot boxes/coolers.

  • Event insurance is required.

    • You may purchase your own or purchase through Anchored Roots.
